Citizenm London Victoria Station Hotel

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all the famous tourist sites and attractions in the area. We were able to walk to Buckingham Palace and many other places of interest. The hotel is right in the center of town, making it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the underground and railway station. This made it very convenient for a business traveler like me to access London's major tourist sites. there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. The hotel itself had a modern and stylish lobby, with an iPad provided in the room to control various features such as lights and air conditioning. The rooms may be small, but they were well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, desk, and TV. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good, offering a wide selection of food. the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was essential for my work.

The hotel had a unique concept, but the design and layout felt more like a nightclub than a traditional hotel.

I had an amazing stay at CitizenM and couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the shower was nice. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses, trains, underground, and local attractions. The breakfast was very good too. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location. The only downside was the small size of the rooms, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

The bed was comfy and there were plenty of storage options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of high-quality options, including some delicious vegan choices. it was an lovely experience!

I loved the artistic and colorful decoration, reminiscent of a hotel I stayed in Scotland. The room was clean, modern, and operated by an iPad which controlled everything. The staff, especially Victor, were amazing and provided great company and advice. The breakfast club and bartender, Nusrat, were also fantastic. I had a unique and enjoyable experience.
